The apartment has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2x kingsize double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds (4 persons) and a comfortable brand new sofabed for 2 persons (in total the maximum number of guests will be 10). fully equipped kitchen and everywhere inside there's airconditioning. from the breakfast terrace one can go up the stairs to the 88m² sunroof terrace with double lounge area (for in total 10 persons) underneath the 'toldo' (sun protection). on the upper terrace there are 6 sunbeds, an outdoor shower (wonderful to quickly refresh !), the washing machine and an extra fridge. from the upper terrace one can see the street side with palm trees and flowers and on the other side the garden with palm trees and (large) communal pool of about 23x8m !). one can either used the swimming pool the closest to the apartment or a second pool (same size) in another part of the residence where you can also find the petanque (jeu de boules), the playground for the smallest children and the entrance to the wellness area with showers, huge jacuzzi and sauna. from the upper terrace one can also admire the views in the distance where you can see the natural reserve with salt lake. By foot (less than an hour) or by bike (about 15 minutes) you can reach the sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Mata. By car you can go in a few minutes to the beach, to Guardamar del Segura City centre, to Torrevieja (about 10-15 minutes), to the huge outdoor shopping centre 'La Zenia Boulevard' (about 20-25 minutes) etc. In March 2023 the city of Guardamar del Segura is building a new sports centre in the immediate vicinity (at walking distance of the residence !) where you can practice following sports: football/tennis/padel/petanque (jeu de boules) etc. Once upon arrival in the appartment our guests will receive a document with all tourist information and we have a drawer with all sorts of cards and flyers from restaurants and activities in the wide area around the urbanisacion 'El Raso'.
