Thank you for taking the time to view The Puerto Pinar Apartments, which are situated right on the edge of an impressive pine and eucalyptus forest, known as El Parquet Natural (forest), which runs parallel to a magnificent 13 kilometre beach of golden sand. This remarkable natural beach is just a short 10-15 minute stroll through the Parquet Natural via small pathways.

Choice...we are able to offer you two PENTHOUSE APARTMENTS, the first being a two bedroom apartment and secondly a three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Both apartments are stunning and next door to each other in the same building and they are available for short holiday lets and longer winter lets between the November and April inclusive.

Both apartments have a private furnished roof terrace to include a large chimney barbecue with views overlooking the gardens, swimming pool, the natural Pine & Eucalyptus Forest (Parquet Natural) with the sea in the distance.

More than just a bed...the Puerto Pinar Apartments are fully equipped and tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout, the Puerto Pinar Apartments give you the key to open the door to your own 'private residence' for the duration of your stay.

Why settle for 'only one room' in a hotel when you can have a minimum of 'five private rooms' at the same cost. The appreciation gained from staying in one of our apartments in Guardamar cannot be overstated!

There is a MasyMas supermarket literally 5 minutes walk from the apartments and many other shops and restaurants within 10-15 minutes’ walk. On route you can stop off for a cold beer and tapas at one of the local Spanish bars!

We cater for all ages and tastes…these stunning apartments are in an ideal position for a 'sun-drenched holiday' and are particularly suited to families and couples but would also be appropriate for larger groups visiting the area to take advantage of the splendid golf courses.

Pets welcome free of charge.

Prices per week form November through to the end of April inclusive, for this apartment is £175 inclusive, to include linen, towels, beach towels, fiberoptic wifi, full Sky TV package, Netrlix.Disney+ and secure underground parking on site. There is just a one off payment of £55 for the end of term clean.
