Lovely one bedroom ground floor apartment with fantastic views.There is a communal pool and gardens.It has your own outdoor area with a parasol,table and four chairs.There is a double bed and sofa bed.Sleeps 4 altogether.It has a brand new bathroom with a walk in shower. Free fibre optic internet,free tv English package with 100 channels.We now have got air con.It also has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom,iron and ironing board,hairdryer,fresh towels,a free welcome pack of coffee,teabags sweeteners,bottle of water,bottle of fresh milk,brown loaf,Marge,pack of ham,4 cans of lager,bottle of wine,loo rolls,kitchen roll,washing up liquid,shower gel,shampoo and conditioner and a free meet and greet.We also hire a travel cot for £20 for however long you stay..At the front of the apartment it has a few steps with a handrail that leads to the front door.Nearby is Harry’s bar,Canales supermarket and bars and restaurants.Quesada center has bars,restaurants,a currency exchange shop,supermarkets,Chinese shops,a doctors,petrol station and Rosas tours for day trips.There is also a water park,crazy golf and go carting in Ciudad Quesada.Theres La Marquesa golf club with its own clubhouse with bars restaurants and a supermarket nearby..Guadamar beach is 10 minutes drive away and La Mata beach is 15 minutes drive away,both have bars and restaurants nearby.Alicante airport is 40 minutes away.Airport transfers can be arranged..Thank you.Julie
